RETURNS

We hope you love your items as much as we do, however if you have any issues we are here to help you out!


We only provide refunds for items in the following situations:

  • Items are damaged or defective as a result of our production error.
  • We sent the wrong item or wrong size.

If we are at fault, we will cover the shipping costs to return the item.

If an item is missing from your order, we will cover to cost to ship it to you.]

For any other type of return, we offer a store credit.

We offer exchanges if product availability allows. For Body Care, we only offer exchanges on sealed items. For Candles, they must be unused and the wick not trimmed or altered. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if you cannot make an in person exchange.


You must reach out to us within 14 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at INFO@TAJCHARLES.COM with your order number to be sent a return form and further instructions.


Items being returned to us must be in the original condition which includes

  • All tags and labels must be kept on. No tags removed or cut off.
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • No stains from makeup or heavy scents of smoke or perfume.
  • In its original packaging
  • Unused
  • Sealed
  • Untrimmed Wick
  • No damage to product packaging

If the item does not come back to us in the above condition and in the manner instructed on the return form, we have the right to refuse your request. We will notify you when your item has been returned to us and when you can expect either your refund. Please give 5-7 business days for your refund to appear depending on your bank processing times. 


ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

You cannot return used candles or body care.
