WHAT IS MADE TO ORDER?

Any items that offer the option to order by length will take longer to process than our stock items. This processing time varies and will always be displayed on that products page. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand the below information before proceeding to order an order customized by length.  Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

When you order a Made To Order item from TAJ CHARLES, the item is created just for you!. Your card is charged when the order is placed, so that your item can be put into production. 

Item processing times are displayed on the product pages. If your item is delayed for any reason, you will be notified. For more information please contact us. We will also let you know when a product has sold out.

If your ship date changes,  you will be notified immediately. We strive to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible. 

CAN I CANCEL MY MADE TO ORDER ITEM:

You cannot cancel a made to order item once the order has been placed. Please see our return/refund policy for what options are available to you once you receive your order. 


WHAT IF I NEED ANOTHER SIZE AFTER PLACING MY ORDER:

Should you need a different size please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best but can’t guarantee a size change.


WHAT IF I NEED MY ITEM IN A RUSH?

Please contact us before placing your order to discuss options for rush orders. 

 

The made to order structure allows us to ensure your long robes are the perfect length for you. We do our best to produce our garments in a way that creates as little waste as possible, maximizing the use of our fabrics and committing to recycling or finding new use for materials that are not used.
