WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?
A pre order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been made. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand the below information before proceeding to place a pre order. Each item may have a different ship date, please read the product page carefully. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
When you pre order an item from TAJ CHARLES, the item is created just for you!. Your card is charged when the order is placed, so that your item can be put into production.
Items ship within 10-14 business days of ordering. If your item is delayed for any reason, you will be notified. For more information please contact us. We will also let you know when a product has sold out.
If your ship date changes, you will be notified immediately. We strive to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible.
HOW CAN I PRE ORDER?
On the product page, select your quantity. In the size bar please enter the size you would like as the full word, not just the letter. We carry size XS - XXXL. Before ordering, please view our SIZE CHART and sizing tips. There may be other variations to choose from such as length and color, please ensure you have made the correct selections. Please contact us for any questions about sizing or ordering. Add to cart and check out! If you would like to order multiple sizes/items, please repeat the process for each size you plan to buy before you check out.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE ORDER:
You cannot cancel a pre order item once the order has been placed. Please see our return/refund policy for what options are available to you once you receive your order.
WHAT IF I NEED ANOTHER SIZE IN A PRE ORDER ITEM:
Should you need a different size please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best but can’t guarantee a size change.

The pre order structure allows us to only make what you need and not overproduce, which wastes materials. We do our best to produce our garments in a way that creates as little waste as possible, maximizing the use of our fabrics and committing to recycling or finding new use for materials that are not used.
